1. What are the rooms like? Is it a luxury hotel?
We deliberately do not offer traditional 5-star hotel luxury at the monastery. The rooms are restored, individual monastic cells designed for deep rest. They are impeccably clean, peaceful, and intentionally minimalist—featuring no TVs or room service. The true luxury of the first three days is the absolute silence, nature, and absence of digital noise. On the final day, the experience shifts to pure comfort with the thalassotherapy spa and high-end dining by the sea.
2. How do we get there? Are airport transfers included?
Yes, your offsite is completely frictionless. Private round-trip airport transfers are included in your package. We pick teams up directly from Valencia Airport (VLC) or Castellón Airport (CDT) and bring you straight to the monastery.
3. Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available across the facilities. However, to maximize the mental reset and team connection, we strongly recommend keeping devices turned off during the retreat. If your team needs to handle an urgent server issue or check critical updates, connection is there when you need it—but the goal is to remain as unplugged as possible.
4. Where do team workshops and sessions take place? Is there a meeting room?
Most of our guided dynamics and group discussions are held outdoors, surrounded by the pine forests and peaceful nature of the natural park. For structured work sessions, we also provide a dedicated indoor meeting room equipped with comfortable seating, whiteboards, and presentation screens if your team needs to share slides or project work.
5. Is there coffee available throughout the day?
Absolutely. While the monastic diet focuses on fresh, healthy, local ingredients, high-quality coffee, fresh water, and local herbal tea selections are available continuously to keep your team energized.
6. Are meditation or mindfulness sessions included? Yes. Every morning begins with a complimentary 45-minute guided meditation and breathwork session to set a calm, focused tone for the day. If your team wants to go deeper, specialized workshops—such as corporate stress management, executive mindfulness, or sound therapy—can be booked as custom add-ons for your retreat.
7. Can you accommodate specific dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, allergies)?
Yes. All meals—both the humble monastery dining and the celebratory farm-to-table feast at Voramar—are prepared with fresh local produce. We cater to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements. We simply gather your team's preferences two weeks before arrival.
8. Are the guided hikes physically demanding?
Not at all. The walks through the Desert de les Palmes are designed for reflection, conversation, and fresh air, rather than intense sport. They are suitable for all fitness levels, and we easily adjust the pace to match your group.
9. In what language are the activities conducted?
All guided activities, host support, and session instructions are conducted fully in English to seamlessly welcome international teams from the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and beyond.
