The Experience: A 4-Day Journey to Clarity
Day 1: Arrival & Digital Detox. We pick your team up directly from the airport. Hand over your devices, leave the noise behind, and gently settle into the quiet rhythm of the monastery.
Days 2 & 3: Deep Focus, Silence & Nature. Start your mornings with guided meditation and a simple local breakfast. Spend the core of the day on focused team discussions, hiking through the pine forests of the Desert de les Palmes, and sharing humble meals in the refectory.
Day 4: The Thalasso Reward & Departure. Leave the monastery and descend to the Mediterranean. Enjoy a restorative thalassotherapy circuit at Palasiet Spa to release every last knot, followed by a celebratory private farm-to-table lunch at Voramar.
